Location not found error occurs when opening a review request while yoochoose integration is set up.

Prereq.: Enable yoochoose integration in app/config/config.yml.

Steps:
1. Create a new LP (do not publish).
2. Send it for review to yourself.
3. Open the new review request.
Actual: Error 500 occurs while entering edit mode.
Expected: LP is loaded in edit mode w/o errors.
