There needs to be a specification of eZ Network => eZ Service Network for Kilmanjaro.

Basic idea is that it will be included on all version of eZ Publish (Enterprise / Community) and as last stage of installation you are asked to Activate your installation to:
1. Select between a Community or an Enterprise activation
2. Some data about the installation is sent to our servers to generate a unique key
3. This key is used for integration with eZ Market and Service Network to display available options (some might be available to community edition as well)
4. Allows the customer to run some of the services + monitoring (incl best practice recommendations, health monitors) for a limited time before getting the offer to upgrade to Enterprise
5. EE: To be able to get access to patches
6. EE: To be able to get access to archive of Inside Newsletter (patch info, ez market info, service news)
7. EE: Full access to services and audits
8. EE: Access to distributed stress test environment
