Steps:
1. Create new LP.
2. Add 3 Schedule blocks.
3. Set 2 overflows 1-2, 2-3.
4. Add item to 1st block.
5. Move timeline to future.
6. Add 2nd item to 1st block.
7. Move timeline to future.
8. Add 3rd item to 1st block.
9. Verify Full list items in 2nd block.
Actual: Both overflow items have the same time.
Expected: Correct times are displayed for both items.
