An editor should be able to create a new dynamic landing page using blocks.
The landing page editor display a template with predefined zones where an editor can drop blocks.
Acceptance criteria:

• render a page template with predefined zones,
• implement drag'n'drop interface on blocks and zones,
• implement a functionality of reordering blocks within/between zones,
• implement publishing functionality.
