Description

When editing a previously published Collection block, the displayed Content Path are incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Landing Page
2. Add a Collection Block
3. Select Content List view
4. Add 3 Content Items:
Home -> Places & Tastes -> Tastes -> Mexican Cuisine
Home -> Places & Tastes -> Tastes -> Ethiopian Cuisine
Home -> Places & Tastes -> Tastes -> Thai Cuisine
5. Submit form, publish the Landing Page
6. Switch to edit mode, open Collection Block configuration

Expected Content Paths displayed:
Home -> Places & Tastes -> Tastes -> Mexican Cuisine
Home -> Places & Tastes -> Tastes -> Ethiopian Cuisine
Home -> Places & Tastes -> Tastes -> Thai Cuisine

Actual Content Paths displayed:
Home -> Mexican Cuisine -> Tastes -> Places & Tastes
Home -> Tastes -> Ethiopian Cuisine -> Places & Tastes
Home -> Tastes -> Thai Cuisine -> Places & Tastes
