Cannot display Home when Content / Read has everything selected in State.

Steps:

1. Create new role.
2. Assign "basic set" of policies for editor (attached).
3. In Content / Read set limitation on State - select everything (you might need to create some object states).
4. Create new test group.
5. Create new user in that test group.
6. Assign that test group to that role.
7. Log in with this user (go to /admin/dashboard).
8. Try going to Home.

Actual: An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Could not find 'ObjectState' with identifier 'array ( 'groupId' => 2, )'"). [in vendor/ezsystems/ezplatform-admin-ui/src/bundle/Resources/views/content/locationview.html.twig:53] (also attached)

Remarks: When State limitations on Content / Read are cleared error does not occur.
