Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Click Create and choose Landing Page
3. Select a layout and click Create
4. Grab for ex. embed block and drop it above placeholder - see attachment please
5. Grab a block once again and try to drop it

Actual result:

Placeholder does not appear

Expected result:

Placeholder is shown, user should be able to drop another blocks
