Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Click Create and choose Article
3. Fill required fields and click Send for review
4. Type the user and send it
5. Go to the User/Notifications and click in review notification - user is redirected to the article
6. Publish the article
7. Go once again to the User/Notifications and click the same notification

Actual result:

Bad request: Argument 'Version' is invalid: status is not draft

Expected result:

Maybe this notification should be inactive like it is, when CI is removed.
