Steps:

1. Go to Page/Site
2. Switch to edit mode
3. Drag and drop for ex. Code block
4. Edit its name - type long text and confirm

Actual result:

User cannot read the whole name - see attachment, please.

Expected result:

It can behave like link to the page: when name is too long, it will be display splitted with "..." at the end and, after hover, the whole name will be displayed on tooltip.
