Steps:

1. Go to Content/Content structure
2. Click Create and choose Article
3. Fill required fields and publish
4. Go to Edit, change the Title and click Publish later
5. Choose time and confirm
6. When CI is published go to its preview mode

Actual result:

Title is not changed. There isn't any notification after publish.

Expected result:

Content item is published with changes.
