Timeline shows items from the past (in the "upcoming scheduled events" list).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Go to Page
3. Create a new Landing Page
4. Add a Code Block
5. Open block settings, "Scheduler" tab
6. Set "Reveal" to a date in the past
7. Submit block
8. Publish Landing Page
9. Preview the Landing Page in Page Builder
10. Open the timeline and display upcoming events

Expected:
List is empty

Actual:
An event from the past is visible.
