Steps:

1. Create content item.
2. Schedule publication for any date and time 00:00 (e.g. 28.07.2019 00:00)
3. Go to Content/Calendar.

Actual result:
Scheduled content is displayed twice in month view (on 27.07.2019 and 28.07.2019)

Remark: The same occurs for scheduled hide.
