The customer observed that https://github.com/ezsystems/ezplatform-admin-ui/pull/1245 produced regression when working with links containing ezcontent or ezlocation keyword.

 Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new CT containing at least one RTE field (e.g. folder).
2. Type a word and add a link to it.
3. In the link popup select some content.
4. Save the link.
5. Copy the link and paste it somewhere in the same RTE field.
6. Hit Save/Publish.

Result:
Links are wrongly prefixed with a protocol (http) and validation fails with an error:

Validation of XML content failed: Error in 54:0: Element section has extra content: para

Expected result:
Links containing ezcontent or ezlocation keywords are not prefixed with a http protocol and the content is properly saved.
