Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to back office.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Create a new content e.g. Folder (do not publish it).
4. Send content to review by pressing "Send to review" button.

Right side menu is moved to left side of the page while sending content to review.

Expected result:

Sending content to review shouldn't move side bar menu.
