Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to back office.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Create a new content e.g. Folder (do not publish it).
4. Send content to review by pressing "Send to review" button.
5. Go to "My dashboard" page and click on edit button right next to previously created content (step 3).
6. Publish content.
7. Go to "View notifications" and click on recently received "content review request".

After clicking on "content review request" an error code 400 bad request occur.

Expected result:

User should receive an information that content has been already published and there is no option to review it anymore.
