    Description

      Add & Delete matching rules icons change position.

      Steps:

      1. Add Targeting block to LP.
      2. Start adding matching rules.
      3. Select content.
      4. Repeat both steps.
      5. Try removing rules.
      6. Observe the position of the bin and plus sign icons.

      Actual result: Icons layout changes between horizontal and vertical (please see attached).
      Expected result: Layout stays the same.
