Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit any Landing Page in Page Builder.
2. Try different browsers/OS/page layouts.

Result:
Sometimes the vertical scrollbar on the right can be slightly overlapped by blocks div.

Expected result:
The vertical scrollbar should be always visible.
