When we have an available CT named contact or event (or another one that is in the migration file) the upgrade script to 3.3 shows an error regarding the existing content type with this identifier

Steps to reproduce
1. Install clean Ibexa 3.2
2. Add new Content Type with identifier 'contact' / change CT folder identifier to folder1 / Delete member group user
3.  Start upgrade platform to 3.3, according to the documentation:  https://doc.ibexa.co/en/3.3/updating/updating_to_3.3/

Result
Command php bin/console ibexa:upgrade show an error

Expected result:

The upgrade should go through without any errors
