Overflow items are not appearing in the timeline

    Description

      Scenario:

      I add a new piece of content into the only slot in Scheduled Block 1 (SB1) and specify that when new content is added to SB1, the older content will overflow into Scheduled Block 2 (SB2).

      The bug is that when the above scenario occurs, there is a change, but the change does not appear in the Timeline toolbar. This new change needs to appear.
