In single column Landing Page layout block when selected is covered by neighbouring block on Internet Explorer.

Steps:
1. Go to Studio demo main page in Studio UI.
2. Switch to Edit mode.
3. Add a e.g. tag block above or beneath the hero schedule block.
4. Try to select the added block.
Issue: Often schedule block is selected when clicking on the region of the tag block.
5. Edit the settings on the new block and publish.
6. Return to edit mode and try to modify the settings of the new block.
Issue: The same problem with selecting occurs.
7. Edit the settings on the new block and publish.
8. Return to edit mode and try to delete the newly added block.
Issue: It's not possible, delete button is visible but clicking it changes focus to the neighbouring schedule block.
