"button.removeTarget is not a function" error occurs on logout action.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to StudioUI and log in.
2. Go to Page / Siteaccess: site.
3. Click Logout link.
Actual: Page freezes, error occurs (attached).
Expected: User is logged out, login page is displayed.
