In some cases only (not systematic).
I use 16.02 studio demo bundle and when in Page mode, some of the landing page are "frozen". By frozen, I mean you can't really interact and scroll through the page. See little video attached.
An interesting thing: a work around is to just touch the browser window size or click on the preview with a different screen factor.

In the example that I record, you can see that the frozen landing page is "Places and Tastes" and not the home page.
Important note: this happened to me also on the blog listing page, which tend to mean it might not be related to the landing page editor.
