Siteaccesses do not update when changing language with switcher.

Steps:
1. Log into Studio.
2. On e.g. home page (Tasteful Planet) change to Siteaccess: fr.
3. Observe 3 places:

• which site access is selected / underlined
• information panel current URL
• language switcher dropdown value

Result: All 3 display the same information. [screenshot 1]
4. Using language switcher change to "Deutsch".
5. Repeat step 3.
Actual: 2 places display "de", 1 displays "fr". [screenshot 2]
Expected: All 3 display the same information.
