The current design of the recommended articles is not very optimized and understandable for the user.

During the call to the eZ Recommendation API, we should display a block of elements in order to let the user know that something is happening in this area.
The other way to let know the user that something is happening is the spinner on the left (icon attached: Refresh-2.svg).

When the browser get the response from eZ Recommendation API, we should display the content (image and title). Adding the "fade out" effect (0.3 or 0.4 sec) can be great to have.
The spinner will be replaced by the thumbs up icon (icon attached: Like.svg).

Fallback

In case of error response from eZ Recommendation API, we should display a default list of content object (screenshot: Studio_Demo_Redesign_3_FallBack.png).
For instance the 3 latest items from "Places-Tastes/Tastes"

Technical

This "banner" should be visible only on the home page.
