      aka "As a user, I want to publish my content at a later date and time"

      This spec related to the functionality of allowing users to publish their content at a specified date and time in the future. The functionality will, by default, leverage the user's current time settings to identify a future publication date.

      This feature relates to the regular content editor, in both Page mode and Content mode.
