Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to landing page creator/editor,
2. Add an embed block,
3. Open block settings popup,
4. Select a content from UDW,
5. Confirm selection,
6. Click on Cancel,
7. Open the block settings popup again,
8. Notice that the content description still persists.

Expected result:
The description should be removed when changes were made.
