Collection of patches to get down the database calls in ez publish.

Primely focusing on removing repetitive sql calls and unnecessary calls currently.
But there are plenty of those as I pointed out in yesterdays sdk mail about mysql performance, so more patches will come

A small low down if you didn't read the mail:
object with 50+ children and ~70 relations will generate around 900 sql calls in the admin interface when all details, relations, max children and so on is turned on.
