eZModuleFunctionInfo - remove 'include_file' dependency

    Description

      Defining function_definition.php files require include_file to be specified. This variable is also required by the code in eZModuleFunctionInfo.

      This is not necessary with the new autoloads in eZP4 , and the include_file related code should be removed.
