The Controls for Brightness and Contrast for image editor are not working properly
This was tested in both GD2 and Imagemagik.
The selected values in the slider are not passed to the input box.
Placing some value in the input box applies the filter correctly

Steps to reproduce

Create an image Object
Upload some image (jpg, png and gif were used in test)
Store Draft
Edit the image with ezie
Use the slider to change brightness or contrast
Verify that value was not passed to input box
