eZ Find doesn't allow excluding author's name from matching results in search queries.

This can be an inconvenience when, for instance, you have a site featuring information on public figures (actors, soccer players, musicians, etc) and one of your editors shares the name of a famous person.
Whenever anyone searches for that famous person name all articles of this homonyms editor will be listed.

Steps to reproduce

Enable ezFind
Create an editor user with any name.
Login with this new user and create an article.
Update the search index
Search for his surname in frontend
His article will be listed
