The follwing declaration is used in the generated xml:

<content-object xmlns:ezremote="http://ez.no/ezobject" xmlns:ezobject="http://ez.no/object/">
<object-list xmlns:ezremote="http://ez.no/ezobject" xmlns:ezobject="http://ez.no/object/">

But http://ez.no/ezobject gives an error 404.

Proposal:

1. add an url with that namespace:

xsi:schemaLocation="http://ez.no/ezobject
http://ez.no/dtd/ezobject-1.0.xsd"

2. create that dtd

3. also bundle it with ezp in the schemas dir
