A content creator can't approve his content in the workflow, i means, an user can't be creator and approver at the same time in an workflow.

Steps to reproduce

1. OK:create a workflow A with 2 step ezapprove2, i predefined the approver group where has the creator for the first step (A1), and the editor group as approver group for the next step (A2).
2. OK:create a workflow B type of multiplxer who lanch the workflow A
3. OK:add trigger workflow B in Publish/before.
3. login as creator and create a content, look at in my dashbord, i've an evement "xx awaits approval by editor "
4. login as editor , i've "xxx awaits your approval" in to do list.
5. login as admin, in the list of workflow process, the content is in the step A2
the step A1 is skip.
