REST API : Cache is not cleared when publishing content

    Description

      Currently, REST cache is only driven by TTL settings (see http://doc.ez.no/eZ-Publish/Technical-manual/4.5/Features/Rest-API/REST-API-configuration-settings#eztoc123150_0_5).

      Publishing does not clear cache as it should
