In file lazy.php, method lazyDbHelper: ths DSN string generated is a bit simplistic: for oracle connections, we want to add the charset=utf8 parameter, as eZ expects the data it receives from the db to be encoded in utf8, and this is the way to make sure it is without having to rely on external config such as NLS_LANG environment variable.
This is, done in the ezdb oci adapter via last parameter to the oci-(p)connect call
