Description
The ezformtoken fields are not present when creating content in a dfs mysql cluster environment
Steps to reproduce
1. Install ezp with the ezflow site acess
2. Activate if necessary the ezformtoken extension
3. Login as admin in ezflow_site siteaccess
4. On the ezwt toolbar create a new folder
5. In the edit form inspect the code (firebug or equivalent) and search for "token"
6. Verify that no token fields are present
