    Description

      Upon setting up a new installation, the following error will occur on the first page load, but not on any subsequent accesses:

      Catchable Fatal Error: Argument 1 passed to eZ\Publish\Core\MVC\Legacy\Kernel::__construct() must implement interface ezpKernelHandler, null given, 
called in /var/www/apache2php53/ezp5/vendor/ezsystems/ezpublish/eZ/Publish/Core/MVC/Legacy/Kernel/Loader.php on line 69
and defined in /var/www/apache2php53/ezp5/vendor/ezsystems/ezpublish/eZ/Publish/Core/MVC/Legacy/Kernel.php line 38
