Description:
When running the "Check database consistency", in the upgrade check, I get the following warnings

The database is not consistent with the distribution database.

To synchronize your database with the distribution setup, run the following SQL commands:

DROP INDEX contentobject_id_conten00002_i;
CREATE INDEX contentobject_id_co_attr_id ON ezstarrating_data ( contentobject_id, contentobject_attribute_id );
DROP INDEX ezm_pool_block_id_ts_00001_i;
CREATE INDEX ezm_pool_block_id_ts_publ_prio ON ezm_pool ( block_id, ts_publication, priority );

Steps
1. Login into admin interface, using admin account
2. Click on "Setup", from the top menu
3. Click on "Upgrade check", from the left menu
4. Click on "Check database consistency"
