Symfony stack doesn't inject the languages array in the repository, making almost all API services working with their default, hardcoded values.

Another tightly related issue is that there is no common entry point for prioritized languages array injection (we need to define settings for each service). It would be consistent to inject languages once in the repository constructor, which would then dispatch them to the appropriate service settings.
