the "object edit interface" is an extension and shall in no way be alone here but simply included to the admin interface doc (see #2)
the structure of this page should be:

• The administration interface
• The website interface
• Daily tasks

the second item shall be either rewritten or taken here http://doc.ez.no/Extensions/eZ-Publish-extensions/Website-Interface and converted.
It is a whole part of the ez publish user experience!

I also think it would deserve an introduction, something like "ez publish offers several ways to manage content, for power users we often recommend the admin interface, for casual users we more recommend website interface balblabla…."
