Make a clean installation of eZ Publish 5, with eZ Demo with content, with three languages (i.e. eng_GB, norwegian bokmaal and french).
Access the frontpage and verify that the site is in english, in the address add "/fre" to change to the french siteaccess. You still have the "Tag cloud", "Site map", "Register" and "Login" not translated
