This issue similar to the problem described in EZP-7702, but not the same since the it happens only in Internet Explorer and only if you have a table in the text area of the content object.

If you insert something in eZOE, leave a few blank lines, and inserting something more, those blank lines will disappear (as long as it has a table in the same text area).
