When using the Twig rendering stack and ez_render_field, embedded images don't render according to their proper sizes. The EmbedToHtml5.php converter attempts to capture the 'size','offset', and 'limit' variables, but these are not formatted into the proper arrays before passing embed rendering off of ezobjectforwarder.php. The most visible symptom of this is that all images embedded in ezxmltext fields render at a default size.

In general, having the current EmbedToHtml5 converter only pass through 3 specific variables will likely cause problems with a number of customized installs.
