API doc got broken last week by github change.

Task:

• create new location for doc, some server, we cant continue using gh_pages on ezpublish-kernel as it blows up the size a lot
• Pick one of the API doc solutions currently being tested, or continue generating all three (Contact Patrick and Bertrand for info)
• Point apidoc.ez.no to this server with help form IT
• Delete the gh_pages branch on github and try to reclaim some of the repo size, recreate it with a single page linking to the new api doc
