Using *ezhttp* operador, to fetch a variable from *session* always starts a session, even if [Session]ForceStart is set to disabled.

Steps to reproduce

• Include __ {ezhttp('myvar', 'session')}

  __ in an override of pagelayout.tpl

• Access a page and check the http headers returned to the browser.
