INSTALL.md file is outdated on eZ Publish 5.1.

Refers to ez publish 5.0 instead of eZ Publish 5.1
For the installation, points to doc.ez.no instead of confluence (https://confluence.ez.no/display/EZP/Normal+installation)
For the upgrade, refers to upgrading from 4.7 to 5.0
