eZ Demo article, with comments enable not showing form on admin interface, however it's present on front end

Steps

Make a clean installation with eZ Demo
Add a new folder
Add a new article inside the folder
Click on the article
Verify, on the preview, that there is no form present
Verify, on the front end that the form is present
