Please update documentation do reflect EZP-18258 comment:

WARNING: BOTH patches (eZ Publish + eZ Find) are required to fix the issue.
It is also important to note that the ezfindexcontent.php cronjob must not be used anymore and should be replaced by the normal indexcontent.php cronjob of eZ Publish for this issue to be fixed!
