Currently the email notifying that new content awaits user's approval places the recipient's email in BCC field.
Has a team manager I would like to be able to setup my environment so that TO field is used instead.
This would allow, for instance, that all users within the approval group could know who else has been target for a given notification.

Would it be possible to add a setting that parametrized if TO field was not be used or if BCC (default) should?
