The fix for EZP-20930 introduces some template URI (RFC 6570) in root response. The JS REST client should use those URI instead of manually building the URIs with some query parameters.

It's also the occasion to build a list of the URIs that stll needs to be hardcoded (if there any left) or manually build (concat of query parameters)
