The eZ debug toolbar currently shows SPI statistics, as well as the list of legacy & new stack templates that were used.

However, the collector service tag used to provide these is a bit monolithic, and leads to a confusion of concerns (the legacy kernel is injected, for instance).

Our debug collector, as well as the template it uses, should be extensible so that custom services can be used to add other debug infos without modifying the main item.
